Nicole was kind enough to allow me to share this beautiful and touching poem she wrote about the J6ers.
J6er and political prisoner #376906, Jeff Sabol, read Nicole’s poem over the phone at one of the vigils. You can replay the livestream here (the poem is starts about 1:45:25). His rendition is excellent…I highly recommend giving it a listen!

The Call of the Patriot
A tribute to those who stood for the truth on January 6th 2021.
It was 2021, the 6th day of the year.
It was bitterly cold. The skies were clear.
The Patriots gathered from all walks of life.
They knew something was wrong, something wasn’t quite right.
There was mischief, deceit, a slight of hand.
They knew of the lies that the deep state had planned.
With a love for this Country, for the red white and blue.
They stood up and they cried, “We demand truth from you!”
Peacefully walking, with flags in their hands,
They moved towards the Capitol building to stand.
“Welcome!”, said the wolves as the doors opened wide.
“Come in!”, they said, “Join us!”, with a gleam in their eyes.
It happened so fast that it felt like a dream.
But when they awoke nothing was as it seemed.
Thrown in a cell- the Patriots were told;
“You should never have questioned the lies that we sold.”
Now day after day they wait patiently.
They know God has a plan for them- just wait! You will see!
So don’t turn your back on them. Don’t look away!
This could be your son or your daughter someday.
Remember this time. Remember it all.
Teach your children that lies will cause nations to fall.
The Patriots stood for the right to be free.
For the young and the old; To fight tyranny.
Now is our time. Not all hope is lost.
As they once fought for us, we must take up their cross.
For justice. For freedom. For once and for all.
With God’s sword, Stand your ground.
Take the Patriot’s call.
